Welcome to the Wattshop.com. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on wattshop.com web site and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Data Protection section regarding personal information provided by you.
Purchase and Delivery:
To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales of up to seven days, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. We may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
International Orders:
You MUST contact us if you do not live within our shipping region outlined above. This is to arrange alternative shipping arrangements, the cost of this will be covered by the customer. Failure to contact us before ordering will result in a £25.00 refund charge. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transport, neither can we accept responcibility for whole packages lost.
Price:
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment:
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Returns and Refunds:
We will refund in full any product that we sell on the condition that the shrink wrap in which the product is delivered has not been broken. If the shink wrap has been broken, no further refund will be permitted except in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods. A request for a refund must be placed within 28 days of the order being shipped from wattshop.com. You may also have the right to a `cooling off` period during which you may return your goods to us on the proviso that you are liable for all return costs incurred. This period will begin on the day after the day that you receive the goods and will last for 7 days. We will then return your money within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. We will also contact you to give you the choice to accept or decline this offer. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible. All canceled orders are subject to a £25.00 administration charge. We do not like having to charge you for a refund but it costs us £25.00 so we have to pass it on down the line.
Software:
If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software license supplied with the software.
Law:
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

If you have any complaints about the service provided then you may contact us at craig@wattshop.com We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
From time to time there may be information on Wattshop.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Wattshop.com purchase you may return it with your invoice to our store or by mail. Please see our Return Policy.
